We are seeking a dynamic Communications & Training Specialist,this role blends strategic communications, engaging storytelling, and impactful training development to support one of our most critical global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Communications

  • Create and deliver communication strategies, plans, and content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of Tek Talks and I-ERP Minute podcasts, including scripting, logistics, and successful delivery.
  • Develop targeted communications for Purchasing and cross-functional teams, tailoring messages and channels for maximum impact.
  • Support leadership messaging and global end-user engagement strategies with creativity and clarity.

Training

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, update, and deliver training curriculum for I-ERP courses.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops (in-person and virtual via MS Teams).
  • Format and strategically update training materials to enhance engagement and comprehension.

Engagement & Strategy

  • Support corporate and public engagement strategies with strong storytelling.
  • Track communications and training effectiveness through metrics, surveys, and feedback.

We’re Looking For:

We want candidates who can demonstrate depth, ownership, and real-world application of their skills. Ideal candidates will bring:

  1. Podcast Leadership — Proven ability to manage the entire podcast lifecycle (scripting, coordination, delivery) with examples of how content supported business objectives.
  2. Targeted Internal Communications — Experience crafting impactful, tailored messaging for purchasing and cross-functional counterparts within complex organizations.
  3. Training Material Development — Evidence of formatting, updating, and delivering engaging training materials that improved understanding and drove adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in communication management, strategic planning, and content development (newsletters, podcasts, training).
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing training programs.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and online survey tools.
  • Ability to work across complex, cross-functional teams with clarity and influence.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree (Master’s).
  • Experience enhancing engagement through innovative storytelling.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness, problem-solving, and enthusiasm for collaborative, in-office teamwork.
