About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional FullStack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building tools and applications that support thousands of small business owners worldwide, helping them increase their profits through innovative analytics solutions tailored for the underserved short-term rental industry. As a key member of our team, you will have the freedom to innovate and influence product roadmaps, owning the complete delivery lifecycle of your projects.
You will work on critical areas such as product launches, integrations, scaling infrastructure, system monitoring, and customer-centric engineering. Our engineering culture emphasizes quality, sustainability, and long-term impact, encouraging continuous improvement, collaboration, and learning from peers. The role requires working during the shift hours of 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST, aligning with our global operational needs.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience working with scalable consumer or SaaS products as a full-stack developer
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered IDEs such as Cursor, Windsurf, or similar tools
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
- Proficiency in testing and quality assurance practices
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative teams
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality deliverables
- Ability to make sound technical and business decisions
- Self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance architecture to enable new product capabilities and improve user experience
- Lead the integration of new partner companies, supporting over 60 existing integrations and bringing new ones to market
- Ensure the scalability of our systems to handle high-volume data exchanges, including tens of millions of price updates daily
- Implement and maintain monitoring systems to ensure the health and performance of distributed infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with customer-facing, design, and data science teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Support customer support teams by implementing bug fixes, UI improvements, and feature enhancements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, code quality, and system reliability
