Job Description **Job Description* We are looking for a highly organized and professional *Front Desk Executive** to join our administrative team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while supporting essential daily office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-spoken, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing calls
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue guest badges when necessary
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks and office supplies inventory
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked
  • Support internal departments with clerical duties as required

Qualifications **Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
