Position: Quality Assurance Specialist (Customer Service)

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid 3 Days On Site/ 2 Remote)

Pay Rate: $17 Hourly Based On Experience

Must Haves:

At least 1+ Years of Phone Quality Assurance experience, as well as strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Needs to be tech savvy (Microsoft applications)

High School diploma or equivalent

Day to Day:

  • Must have a positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone quality assurance scoring to call center and customer service agents experience. You will be listening in, scoring and providing feedback on these calls which will be 2-3 Minute each in length assisting customers with automotive warranty and coverage of their policies.
