Kreative Technologies is in search of an experienced I.T. System Analyst to assist in developing and implementing automated solutions for the federal government. The incumbent will possess a strong background in testing & validating SQL, Python, and Java to deliver solutions that improve the efficiency and accuracy of business processes. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as the candidate will be required to communicate with management and Government personnel. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize and organize efforts in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent must possess previous experience with CI/CD pipelines & tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), security testing practices & tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite), and performance testing tools & methods (JMeter, LoadRunner).Responsibilities:

• Performs software testing, analysis, assessment, including conducting various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance, and exploratory testing.

• Utilizes security testing practices & tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, BurpSuite) along with bug tracking & test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) to conduct root cause analysis for defects and provide detailed reports.

• Establishes and satisfies information assurance and software requirements by analyzing user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands using testing tools and practices, including Selenium, JUnit, and/or TestNG.

• Develops, executes, and maintains complex test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Gathers and documents system requirements, determine system specifications, and perform impact analyses.

• Conducts performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner.

• Assist with developing and maintaining web interfaces utilizing modern frameworks and technologies, specifically SQL/PostgreSQL, Python, Java, React & Angular.

• Analyzes general information assurance and technical problems to provide basic engineering and technical support in solving these problems.

Education/Skills/ Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a security clearance.

• 7 years of experience developing and implementing solutions using Python, Java, React, and Angular.

• 7 years of experience conducting various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance, and exploratory testing.

• Hands-on experience working with SQL/PostgreSQL databases, including database modeling, SQL querying, performance tuning, and data migration.

• Experience in functional & systems analysis and requirements analysis in a specialized IT area is preferred.

• Independent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a customer service-oriented focus with the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
