Description Assistant Wellness Director (RN or LPN) — Senior Living CommunityWe’re partnering with a respected, family-owned senior living community in Braintree, MA to hire a full-time Assistant Wellness Director. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role in a supportive environment and make a meaningful impact on resident care.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead caregivers and resident care staff
  • Assist with resident assessments, service plans, and compliance audits
  • Oversee medication administration and incident reporting
  • Support family communication and staff coaching
  • Provide on-call support every other weekend

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
  • 1–2+ years of experience in assisted living, nursing home, or long-term care
  • Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills
  • Dementia care knowledge a plus

Role Details:

  • Full-time (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4:30 PM) + rotating on-call weekends
  • Pay: $40 — $45/hour plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
  • On-site, Braintree
