Industry: Financial ServicesKopius is seeking an experienced Jr QA Engineer to join our team! The project is within the Financial Services industry and is based in Boston, MA. It offers global advisory, restructuring, and investment services, providing strategic solutions to optimize assets and achieve financial goals.Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases under guidance from the team.
• Document test cases and results clearly and accurately.
• Support the team in running automated tests using Playwright Cucumber and Appium with Python.
• Participate in test execution on BrowserStack and assist with pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality across projects.
• Continuously learn and grow within the QA automation stack.

Basic Qualifications:

• Intermediate/Advanced English skills with strong communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies and legacy systems.
• Thrives in a team environment, actively contributes to collaboration, fostering a sense of community.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Embraces new ideas to enhance problem-solving processes.

Qualifications for the role:

• Solid foundation in manual QA testing, with strong attention to detail.
• Basic experience in test automation and eagerness to expand technical skills.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn Playwright Cucumber, Appium with Python, BrowserStack, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Ability to follow guidance and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills
