Role provides ATM support to all Driving (BAU) and Managed ATMs. Ensuring ATMs function to client satisfaction/expectations during the Bring-Live process.
Provides ongoing support to over 25,000 existing ATMs – works with internal teams and vendors to bring reported issues to resolution.
Configures and maintains all aspects of A98 key management – including creating and maintaining terminal key profiles. Role is defined as a A98 Certification Recovery user, participating in off-hour software upgrades and key loads/refreshes.
Responsible in assisting with deployment of TR31 across all Fiserv ATMs. Provides technical support to internal teams and clients/vendors to confirm ATM compliance with the new TR31 compliance standards.
Collaborates with Fiserv production team on new features as well as operations issues for product enhancement and issue resolution.
++Responsibilities++
Responsible for managing all aspects of troubleshooting client /ATM installations.
Coordinate ATM scheduling, monitoring and pre-work validation for the ATM install function.
Under limited direction, analyze and determine root cause analysis of ATM installation issues.
Acting as the primary point of contact and liaison for issue resolution, facilitate coordination efforts between internal groups and clients to resolve Client /ATM installation implementation related issues
Coordinate and prioritize the resolution of multiple issues to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements
Using internal problem tracking system, maintain accurate and complete documentation including all aspects of issue resolution.
Provide continuous feedback to client and project manager
Coordinate escalation management of ATM issues within defined processes
++Qualifications++
Associate’s in Computer Science / Network Communications or equivalent work experience.
3 or more years of networking experience with a focus on telecommunications implementation, Tandem applications, cards/hosts or EFT processing.
Knowledge of ATM vendor products and technologies
Project management skills strongly preferred.
Strong PC skills (MS Office Suite)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple requests simultaneously and revisit/realign priorities in light of changing requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid analytical problem solving skills.
Strong customer service focus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to work extended hours as needed
