Manager to lead our Construction Materials Testing CMT Special Inspections and Field Services operations in Lakewood Colorado This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven construction professional technicians inspectors and field personnel while fostering a culture of safety accountability and excellence Manage multiple construction materials testing and special inspection projects from kickoff through closeout Coordinate staffing scheduling workload distribution and resource planning to ensure successful project delivery Partner with clients contractors and project stakeholders to provide responsive service and trusted technical solutions Review and approve testing reports inspection documentation and project deliverables for accuracy and compliance Monitor project budgets billing profitability and financial performance Prepare scopes proposals and cost estimates to support new business opportunities Resolve project challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining client confidence and project momentum Champion Atlas Safety Culture by ensuring compliance with PPE requirements safety protocols and company initiatives What Makes You SuccessfulYou are a proactive leader who can confidently manage projects clients and technical teams while maintaining a strong focus on quality safety and customer service Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in Construction Materials Testing Special Inspections Heavy Civil Construction Geotechnical Engineering or related field services Prior experience leading teams coordinating field operations or managing projects Strong knowledge of construction materials testing procedures and industry standards including ASTM ACI AASHTO and CDOT requirements Ability to interpret construction plans specifications geotechnical reports and technical documents Strong organizational communication and problem solving skills Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast paced environment Valid drivers license with the ability to support field operations as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Geotechnical Engineering Construction Management or related discipline Professional Engineer PE license or active progression toward licensure Experience managing heavy civil transportation roadway bridge waterwastewater or vertical construction projects Existing
