stage of a project Job Description Atlas is seeking an IH Program Manager to lead industrial hygiene and environmental health projects throughout the New York market In this role you will oversee complex programs involving asbestos lead mold indoor air quality and related environmental services You will work closely with clients project teams and technical professionals to deliver high quality solutions that protect people support safe buildings and strengthen the communities we serve Core Responsibilities Manage high profile clients including the School Construction Authority SCASupport the identification and development of new project opportunities and proposals by collaborating with internal teams and prospective clients; participate in meetings industry events and conferences Coordinate internal resources staffing needs and workload balancing to support successful project delivery Provide quality control and oversight of technical reports RFPs regulatory documentation and project deliverablesEnsure compliance with internal and external health and safety procedures industry standards and project requirements Participate in and coordinate monthly internal health and safety meetings Monitor project performance and support budgeting invoicing and collections activities Contribute to strategic planning initiatives that support regional and business unit objectivesYoull thrive here if you have Bachelors degree in Engineering Environmental Science Industrial Hygiene or a related technical field 7 years of experience managing industrial hygiene or environmental health projects involving asbestos lead mold PCB or indoor air quality services Demonstrated experience leading teams managing client relationships and delivering large or high profile programs Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of applicable federal state and local environmental and industrial hygiene regulations Current NYC DEP Asbestos Investigator certification and NYSDOL Inspector and Project Designer certifications Relevant asbestos lead and mold credentials along with a valid drivers license Ability to work in a variety of building Career Level DirectorEmployment Type Full time Compensation 160000 165000 annual salary The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the states law Final agreed upon
