Role Overview:
Responsible for daily management and upkeep of the ArcGIS Enterprise stack, ensuring operational stability, security, and performance of the City’s GIS infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer ArcGIS Enterprise components (Portal, Server, Data Store, Web Adaptor).

  • Perform regular system monitoring, log analysis, and health checks.

  • Apply patches, updates, and configure SSL, authentication (SAML/OAuth), and user roles.

  • Troubleshoot system errors and coordinate with Esri support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in administering ArcGIS Enterprise.

  • Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Monitor, Windows Server, and enterprise networking.

  • Experience with Active Directory and enterprise authentication integration.
