Role Overview:
Acts as the City’s primary liaison to Esri Support Services to ensure timely and efficient resolution of software issues, bugs, and service requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Log, track, and manage Esri technical support cases.

  • Liaise between internal technical teams and Esri engineers.

  • Document resolutions, known issues, and lessons learned.

  • Maintain support history and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in GIS, IT, or related field.

  • 2+ years working directly with Esri Support or similar service desk.

  • Familiarity with Esri support ticketing systems.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
