Esri Support Liaison
Role Overview:
Acts as the City’s primary liaison to Esri Support Services to ensure timely and efficient resolution of software issues, bugs, and service requests.
Responsibilities:

Log, track, and manage Esri technical support cases.

Liaise between internal technical teams and Esri engineers.

Document resolutions, known issues, and lessons learned.

Maintain support history and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in GIS, IT, or related field.

2+ years working directly with Esri Support or similar service desk.

Familiarity with Esri support ticketing systems.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
