Requirements

Must have:

– Were looking for exposure to SIM, eSIM, mobile networks, and wireless platform technologies. – We need familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. – We expect experience with scripting or programming languages. – We value strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. – We need the ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams. – Were seeking at least 1 year of experience in network engineering, product engineering, or a related technical role. – A foundational understanding of wireless communication concepts is required. – Cloud certification or relevant experience in cloud or networking is preferred. – Experience with automation or agentic AI technologies is desired.

Responsibilities:

  • We support the modernization and transformation of wireless platforms that manage SIM and eSIM lifecycles. – We assist with cloud migration work, including analysis, testing, validation, and implementation support. – We apply knowledge of wireless communications, cloud computing, automation, and agentic AI to strengthen platform efficiency and reliability. – We collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and to a high standard. – We continuously learn emerging technologies and contribute to process improvement and platform modernization initiatives.

Company:

We are modernizing critical wireless platforms within our Device Technology organization, with the Wireless Platforms and SIM team focused on delivering industry-leading SIM and eSIM solutions across multiple business functions. This role supports our cloud migration efforts and explores agentic AI to improve operational efficiency, automation, and reliability. It is an in-office position requiring presence five days per week at our Alpharetta, Georgia location, with no relocation offered.
