I am looking for a Principal Security Engineer with a strong focus on developing policies and regulations for data loss prevention (DLP), particularly in endpoint and email contexts. The ideal candidate will have the capability to act as a technical lead, oversee projects, and provide hands-on expert support in their areas of expertise. I require at least seven years of experience in Security Engineering with an emphasis on DLP, as well as experience in system design, administration, security, and the development of DLP rules. I also value strong communication skills for effective mentoring and collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities:


In this role, I expect you to guide and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers engaged with technologies relevant to DLP initiatives. You will be responsible for evaluating technical solutions to address business challenges, sharing knowledge through technical presentations, and reporting on project status. Additionally, I need you to establish and maintain system documentation, represent changes in CAB meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams during solution development and deployment. You will be instrumental in leading continuous improvements and service development.

Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although some evening or weekend hours may be needed depending on project demands. There may be limited travel involved.
