Requirements


Must have:

– I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. – I possess over 5 years of experience in product ownership or program management, ideally within AI, analytics, or data platforms. – I have more than 5 years of experience as a delivery manager, product manager, business analyst, or business intelligence analyst, or in similar roles. – I have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver intricate technical solutions. – I am familiar with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and the AI/ML lifecycle management. – I have experience with AI platforms such as Azure ML, Databricks, or ServiceNow AI agents. – I demonstrate expertise in various approaches, models, procedures, and solutions relevant to the responsibilities of this position, which include: – Experience with enterprise IT service management for analytics and data management platforms. – Leading Agile teams, embracing the SCRUM methodology, and fostering an agile culture. – Identifying, communicating, and realizing business benefits and use cases for analytics and data management capabilities, including Big Data platforms, data science tools, structured databases, data warehousing, data virtualization, and data visualization. – Expertise with Atlassian JIRA for configuration, reporting, sprint management, story creation, and backlog refinement. – Knowledge of hyperscaler AI offerings and vendor differences related to analytics and information processing capabilities. – Experience leading small regional teams. – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with individuals at various levels and backgrounds (both business and IT). – Proven customer management skills, with a track record of building relationships that translate into customer success. – A preferred background in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments. – Understanding of data integration, predictive maintenance, and digital twin technologies. – Familiarity with enterprise Information Technology concepts and processes (e.g., ITIL, COBIT). – Strong time management and organizational skills, allowing me to work independently and manage competing priorities and engagements. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio). – I can maintain confidentiality of information and exhibit ethical behavior.

Responsibilities:


  • I will contribute to and deliver the ASML AI product vision, strategy, and technical foundation roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams. – I will support and enable AI use cases across various ASML AI domains including Product Leadership, Engineering Efficiency, Operational Efficiency, and Employee Enablement. – I will take ownership of and refine the AI product, services, and enablement backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business value. – I am responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable epics and user stories for the AI development teams. – I will cultivate strong relationships with internal business owners, data scientists, and business/IT architects to understand their needs and drive adoption. – I will represent AI initiatives in cross-functional forums and leadership reviews. – I will collaborate with scrum masters, release train engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of AI solutions within the designated budget. – I will monitor KPIs and value realization from deployed AI capabilities. – I will ensure that AI solutions comply with Responsible AI guidelines, security protocols, and data governance standards. – I will assist in establishing an AI security fast track and addressing known issues. – I will perform other tasks as assigned.

  • This position is based onsite in San Diego, CA, where onsite presence is required for in-person work-related events, training sessions, and meetings to promote teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. – A flexible workplace arrangement may be available for employees in roles suitable for remote work (up to two days a week). – The role involves routine activities such as sitting, walking, talking, and using hands for various tasks. Occasionally, I may need to lift or move up to 20 pounds and navigate around the campus. – Vision requirements for this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. – I must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves for the duration of my shift. – The annual salary range for this position is currently between $100,875 and $168,125, taking into account role, level, location, and market alignment.
