Must have:
We are looking for a motivated individual with 0 to 2 years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure functions. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering is essential. Preferred certifications include MCSA, A+, and Net+. You should be proficient with Windows 10 workstations, printers, and have a foundational understanding of basic networking. A solid grasp of desktop systems and off-the-shelf applications is necessary, along with strong hardware troubleshooting abilities. Excellent customer service skills, along with strong written and verbal communication, are essential. You must be capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining composure under pressure.
Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Associate, you will be tasked with delivering desktop support, which includes managing hardware, software, network, printers, scanners, and audiovisual equipment for internal users. You will oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes by deploying and retrieving laptops and other IT peripherals. Additionally, you will be responsible for imaging, configuring, and deploying Windows 10 workstations, troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Call Center software (Five9), and various proprietary applications. You will proactively resolve production issues and ensure that all workstations conform to security standards. Supporting the extended IT Infrastructure Team will also be part of your responsibilities.

Additional desired skills include experience in Healthcare IT Infrastructure and HIPAA compliance, support for Apple Macs and mobile devices in a corporate setting, a good knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure support tools and technology, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide support beyond regular business hours when necessary.
