Requirements


Must have:

– A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years of experience in a related area; or equivalent professional background. – Proven experience managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, the Viva Suite, and similar services. – Proficient in administering Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID support services, including Conditional Access Policies, Application Registrations, Application Proxy, and External Access/Collaboration settings. – Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Exchange 2019 and Exchange Online Administration in a hybrid environment. – Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities:


  • I will lead initiatives aimed at implementing new features, functionalities, and services within Microsoft 365 apps, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and the Entra ID platform, aligning them with our business objectives. – I will monitor and maintain the health and performance of the Microsoft 365 environment, conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with best practices. – I’ll manage the performance of Microsoft 365 applications to ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. – Serving as an escalation resource for Tier-3 support, I will assist IT team members and technical engineers in ensuring the seamless operation of the Microsoft 365 platform. – I am responsible for automating tasks, workflows, and process enhancements using PowerShell, CoreView, Microsoft Power Apps, and other tools. – Collaboration is key, and I will work effectively within the team and with other technology partners to source and apply solutions that meet or exceed our business needs. – I will oversee the management of the Copilot product line and work with stakeholders to facilitate its rollout. – I will integrate and deploy solutions within Microsoft Teams, ensuring smooth integration and optimal user experience. – Issues and requests will be tracked accurately in ServiceNow, Microsoft Planner, and/or other workload management systems, with timely resolutions in line with SLA requirements across the team. – I will analyze the current Active Directory environment to identify both technical and operational challenges, developing solutions for enhancement. – My responsibilities will include tenant-level administration, policy configuration, and providing top-level support for enterprise-wide initiatives linked to Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. – I will liaise with Microsoft Support to resolve critical issues promptly. – I will identify opportunities for improvement within supported solutions and make strategic recommendations to leadership as necessary. – I will generate relevant reports and metrics for management and other stakeholders as requested. – Participation in a monthly On-Call support rotation for a 24x7x365 enterprise environment can be expected.

This position is based in Dunwoody, GA, offering a hybrid work environment (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the office). We are seeking someone for a 12-month contract-to-hire engagement, with pay dependent on experience, between $50.00 – $60.00 per hour. The expected work hours are 40 per week, and benefits include dental, health, and vision insurance.
