Must have:

We are looking for a candidate with over 8 years of experience in Information Systems Analytics, Data Analytics, or IAM/IGA product support (such as SailPoint or Saviynt). You should have at least 5 years of experience in IAM operations, governance, or stakeholder engagement, preferably in the financial services sector. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. You should possess strong skills in gathering requirements, testing, and delivering solutions within IAM domains. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect business and IT.

Responsibilities:

Your primary duties will involve collecting and documenting requirements for application onboarding, provisioning, and certifications. You will develop test cases and scripts, carry out testing, and validate IAM solutions. Analyzing data from sources like ServiceNow, AD/RACF/LDAP, HR, and application sources to support various use cases will be part of your role. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with IAM policies, standards, and governance frameworks. Additionally, conducting proactive reviews of account access and authorization will be crucial to maintaining our security posture.

Company:

This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in the U.S. You will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule. We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience leading or mentoring teams in IAM-related initiatives. Hands-on experience in developing and executing certifications in SailPoint or Saviynt is highly desired, as are strong relationship-building, facilitation, and presentation skills.
