Requirements
Must have:
– I require 8-15 years of experience as a Senior Network Engineer or in a comparable senior technical position, specifically with a focus on messaging, data, and voice network deployments. – You should possess extensive experience in designing, executing, and overseeing network solutions for messaging platforms (e.g., email, SMS), data services, and voice over IP (VoIP). – Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the capability to engage with customers, vendors, and internal teams across all levels. – I seek a solid background in creating network architectures that are robust, scalable, and secure. – You must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, facilitating navigation through intricate technical challenges. – Proficiency with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, as well as network monitoring tools, is required. – Proven experience with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as Nokia, Ericsson, Mavenier, Cisco, JMA, Corning, Commscope, and ADRF is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure messaging, data, and voice network solutions customized to meet customer requirements. – I expect you to define high-level network architecture for comprehensive solutions encompassing hardware, software, and cloud-based systems for messaging, data, and voice services. – Your duties include developing and maintaining network topology diagrams, configurations, and architectural blueprints to guide the team during implementation and optimization. – You will evaluate and report on concerns regarding design, reliability, and maintenance to relevant design or vendor organizations, while recommending enhancements to improve customer experiences and long-term service reliability. – Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of messaging, data, and voice networks will be key responsibilities. – You will troubleshoot complex network challenges, conducting root cause analysis and providing timely, effective solutions. – Continuous assessment of network performance and offering architectural improvements to boost efficiency and scalability will also be part of your role.
