Requirements

Must have:

– Several years of professional front-end development experience within an Enterprise setting. – Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. – Proficient in HTML5/CSS3 with knowledge of responsive design and component-driven development techniques. – Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, including handling authentication, routing, and state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context). – Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright). – Practical understanding of build tools and packaging (Webpack, Vite, or similar) along with Git-based workflows. – Solid knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), performance enhancement, and cross-browser compatibility. – Willingness to contribute to backend services in Golang or possess strong backend fundamentals with a desire to learn Go.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop modern front ends by designing and building efficient and accessible React applications for the Field Website Manager platform. – Deliver new high-visibility websites at scale, including the creation of templates, components, theming, and content workflows. – Maintain quality by writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, and advocating for best practices. – Enhance user experience by driving responsive layouts, adhering to accessibility standards (WCAG), managing performance budgets, and implementing analytics instrumentation. – Collaborate extensively with product, design, content, and platform teams to define features and deliver them iteratively. – Occasionally create or expand backend endpoints/services in Golang, working alongside service teams utilizing Java and Go. – Continuously improve the platform by evolving build tools, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and enhancing the developer experience.
