I am seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. It is essential that applicants hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, you should have at least five years of relevant experience and currently maintain an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at the time of application.

Responsibilities:

In this role, I expect you to document the desired capabilities that are formally agreed upon by the users and present these to the software developers to ensure the application meets the operators’ needs. You will need to effectively listen and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders within the organization to identify both operational and application requirements, including error handling necessities. Furthermore, I want you to identify and prioritize system requirements, which should be documented in a software requirements specification. You will be responsible for liaising with project stakeholders regarding test outcomes and necessary modifications to the end-product requirements. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and the development team throughout the project’s lifecycle is crucial. It is important that you confirm requirements accurately reflect the needs of the end users and that the capabilities being developed align with these requirements. You will also participate in peer reviews to validate requirements, as well as reviews of system designs, code, and test cases to ensure adherence to documented specifications. Developing a requirements management plan that includes a change control process, as well as tracking individual requirements from their baseline to the final verification of functionality following software development, will also be part of your responsibilities.
