Requirements

Must have:

We are looking for a candidate with over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in ERP or financial systems projects. A solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Chart of Accounts (COA) structures, and budget loading is essential. The ideal applicant will have experience working in hybrid onshore-offshore delivery models and possess excellent communication skills, along with the ability to engage stakeholders and document requirements effectively. You should be capable of working autonomously and thriving in ambiguous situations. Familiarity with TM1 budget extraction, Oracle data integration, AP workflow automation, and cross-validation rules is highly desirable. We also value prior consulting experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sectors, particularly in leading ERP-related discovery and requirement sessions, as well as demonstrated ability in coordinating efforts between onshore and offshore teams. A problem-solving mindset focusing on financial data integrity and automation is crucial, along with a communication style that effectively manages client expectations.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as the main onshore point of contact for our stakeholders. You will lead discovery sessions and workshops to collect detailed business requirements, while fostering strong relationships with client finance and IT departments. You will investigate and refine project scope in partnership with our delivery leadership and conduct diagnostics on COA structures and budget loading workflows. Identifying automation opportunities and recommending process enhancements will also be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment and clarity regarding deliverables, facilitate communication between client and delivery teams, and provide weekly status updates, actively participating in checkpoint meetings. Your responsibilities will also include drafting remediation plans and stability roadmaps, supporting the development of training materials and reporting tools, and assisting in delivering training to empower client teams.

If you meet our criteria and are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare sector, we invite you to consider this opportunity to join our dynamic team.
