Requirements
Must have:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science. – Education Substitute: Associate degree with 2+ years of job-related experience or High School Diploma with 4+ years of job-related experience. – Help desk experience: 1 year (Preferred) – Windows experience: 1 year (Preferred) – Location: Must be able to commute to Frankfort, KY 40601 and relocate before starting work.
Responsibilities:
- Support agency hardware, systems software, and applications software portfolio. – Maintain data dictionaries, equipment and software installation and upgrades, data conversions, system utilities, and change control. – Identify and troubleshoot defective equipment and software/application issues. – Resolve hardware issues prior to deployment. – Coordenate problem resolution and referrals to other support areas.
