We are looking for a Business Analyst who possesses a strong ability to engage with internal stakeholders to gather functional requirements that can evolve into user stories and acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills to lead meetings with various teams, including Business, Design, and Development. An understanding of mapping system interfaces and documenting business processes, both ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be,’ is essential. Experience with functional testing of system changes, ensuring traceability of project work, and maintaining documentation of requirements is highly valued. Additionally, the candidate should be able to assist in creating training documentation and engage in refined requirements gathering for RFPs and business cases associated with technological initiatives.

Responsibilities:

In this role, I will rely on you to facilitate clear communication with internal clients to fully grasp their functional needs. You will be responsible for organizing and conducting meetings that involve cross-functional teams. You will develop and document requirements in various formats—including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria—to support prioritized feature development. Your expertise will contribute to current and future system inputs, processes, and outputs, ensuring thorough mapping and documentation. You will also consult on functional testing, support pre-release testing activities, and assist with training documentation to enhance our business operations. Collaborating with the Design Team during the discovery phase of our Agile Playbook will also be part of your duties.

This is a 100% remote position, with potential quarterly travel required for PI sessions. It is offered as a 12-month contract. This role is key to helping us shape the digital utility of the future. The hourly pay for this position can go up to $60.00.
