You will also be the backup for the primary receptionist, as well as perform a variety of other back-up duties within the Administrative Services Division.For a complete listing of the duties and responsibilities of this position, please .Here’s what you need to qualify:Minimum Qualifications: Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documentsORAn associate degree in any fieldORAn equivalent combination of education and experienceRequested Skills:Experience providing clerical support in a fast-paced office environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriatelyExcellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience working as a receptionist or first point of contact, including phone and in-person communicationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressureFlexibility and adaptability when responding to changing priorities or unexpected situationsAbility to life 30-50 lbs.Has outstanding attendanceApplication information: A resume and cover letter are required for this job posting.
