Assembler – 1st Shift

Compensation for these opportunities is $17.00 per hour. Interested? Read more below!What you will do as an Assembler:
- Assemble components and attach hardware
- Connect components’ lead wires
- Adjust and trim materials to achieve the right electrical characteristics
- Crimp, solder, cement, ND do press fits or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place
- Operate equipment in performing alignment, masking, potting, encapsulating, epoxy, and color coding
- Ready work orders and follow production drawing and/or sample assemblies
What you need to be an Assembler:
- Positive attendance history and reliability
- Excellent finger dexterity
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality parts
- Ability to work in a team environment
