Electromechanical Assembler – Houston, TX

We are seeking candidates for Electromechanical Assembler roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $21.00-$22.00, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!What you will do as an Electromechanical Assembler:

• Understand the job orders and interact with Epicor
• Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) which are necessary to properly operate the equipment and manufacture the product.
• Must understand, complete, and maintain all required paperwork necessary in the operation including entering paperwork into Epicor. This also includes daily production reports, tally sheets, scrap reports, etc.
• Maintain and operate hand tools and power tools
• Perform required quality control checks and inspections to ensure the product being manufactured is meeting required specifications
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned

What you need to be a Electromechanical Assembler:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect parts produced
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis with or without reasonable accommodations
• Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
• Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection #WorkinHouston
