Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Recruiting Assistant to join our HR team in 2027. This Recruiting Assistant opportunity is an office-based role located in our Denver office.

Responsibilities

  • Support the business recruiting team across the organizational footprint in various time zones

  • Schedule in-house and video interviews; coordinate candidate travel arrangements and logistics as needed

  • Schedule candidates debrief meetings for hiring teams and recruiters

  • Review and submit travel reimbursements for in-house interview candidates

  • Update and organize recruiting spreadsheets, research projects, and reporting metrics

  • Assist our recruiters with job postings, candidate interview coordination and travel arrangements

  • Perform other assigned recruiting and ad hoc activities as necessary

Qualifications

  • Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong punctuation and grammar skills

  • Team-oriented and partnership-centric approach

  • Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; Excel, Word, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related major

  • One year of previous Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience

  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

Salary Range: $51,000-$57,000

Depending on degree and applicable experience.
