Seattle WARequired Expereince – Must have Oracle Fusion HCM expereinceIdeal candidate will:

  • Lead support development activities from onshore, coordinating with offshore teams for work delivery.
  • Oversee incident, change, and release management processes to ensure the stability and reliability of critical technologies, aiming to achieve increased system uptime and reducing incident resolution within the SLAs.
  • Work closely with client IT and business teams, focusing on the functional and technical aspects of the system. This may include building enhancements and supporting development efforts based on client needs, training materials, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
