Responsibilities:


  • We provide technical support for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, system installations, improvement initiatives, and upgrades. – We act as the liaison and on-site escalation point between the customer and our division, supporting field engineers, technicians, and product support teams with troubleshooting, repair, and debugging guidance. – We deliver alpha site support to engineering for the installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new hardware, process, or software designs. – We provide beta site support for the installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new hardware, software, or process changes on customer tools. – We initiate and review ECOs to confirm the data supports the fix and then communicate updates to the field. – We generate and present system performance reporting, including metrics such as MTBF, MTBI, availability, process data, and spending analysis. – We support GPS by creating documentation such as CENs and BKMs, and we develop and review technical improvement plans, upgrade materials, and support plans. – We present information at the customer level and ensure successful field implementation.
