A Facility Engineer is an individual contributor in a multidisciplinary field of engineering concerned with the physical infrastructure of an industrial facility. Facility Engineers are responsible for the design, installation, operation, maintenance, modification, construction, modernization, design and protection of physical facilities and equipment (building, power, water, sewer, chemical, piping, ventilation, lighting, space utilization, furniture, etc.) used to produce quality products. Responsibilities Work with vendors to start up and install new equipment at Bosch Roseville. Prepare designs, layouts, drawings, and bills of material for major maintenance, facility improvements, and other projects. Modify existing equipment and systems for the purpose of improving efficiency, safety, reliability, capacity, and cost effectiveness. Troubleshoot problems with facility systems.
