Position Summary This position is a member of the Nufactor Specialty Pharmacy Team. The role of the Senior Account Manager is to generate positive revenue in the form of qualified new patient starts. Essential Functions and Duties Promoting and selling Nufactor Specialty Pharmacy service offering to referring physicians, nurses, insurers, case managers, hospitals, clinics and discharge planners. Generate IVIG and hemophilia patient referrals for the purpose of generating positive revenues. Conducts sales presentations, as assigned. Assists with hiring and training of new Account Managers and mentoring or existing Account Managers. Assists in developing and implementing territory strategies in conjunction with VP of Sales and other team members. Act as a liaison between healthcare provider and Nufactor to improve, expedite, and facilitate patient safety and quality of care. Manages SFDC information completely and on time.
