Description: Position Description: The Practice Manager is a critical management position which is responsible for the management and day to day operations of the AICA medical practice. The Practice Manager is expected to lead in all aspects of the medical practice including personnel management, facility physical plant management and operational efficiency. Position Duties: The position requires the following primary duties to be successful: Creates and maintains an atmosphere of professionalism Implements and Monitors All AICA Policies and Procedures Ensures training and supervision of all Medical Assistants both front and back. Liaison to Medial Doctors, Physician Assistants, MRI Technologist and other medical providers to ensure the medical schedule is maximized Corresponds with Medical Management Company’s support departments as necessary Liaison to Attorneys and Case Managers to properly manage patient care Liaison to outside Referrals sources to ensure proper procedures...
