Job Purpose: Occupational Therapists are responsible for organizing and conducting occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation of children with special needs. Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance and facilitates the learning of those skills essential for function adaptation, self-care and productivity, under the supervision of their therapy lead, outpatient therapy director, and VP of Rehab/Education.
