The Paralegal provides legal and administrative assistance to the Legal Department of a U.S.-based vertically integrated international modular company. The Paralegal assists the General Counsel with the day-to-day administration of the Legal Department, including direct and oversight involvement with modular manufacturing, modular construction, real estate investment and development, financing and corporate transactions and related projects. Responsibilities Include: Prepare company formation documents, foreign qualification registrations, dissolution and cancellation forms, and annual franchise filings for managing entities and VBC subsidiaries. Process routine invoices, including annual registered agent fees and state annual reports for managing companies and VBC subsidiaries Assist in transactional matters to order and provide corporate status and certified formation documents for transactions and ancillary transactional documents Work with General Counsel and outside...
