A well-established, multi-unit restaurant brand to identify a Vice President of Supply Chain. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s end-to-end supply chain strategy across a growing restaurant network.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and tactically—owning procurement, distribution, and supplier relationships while ensuring seamless execution at the store level.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership on risk management, cost control, and growth initiatives
  • Build scalable processes, systems, and team structure

Procurement & Cost Management

  • Lead sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, and contract management
  • Monitor commodity markets and manage cost of goods (COGS)
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Culinary on product sourcing

Logistics & Distribution

  • Oversee distribution networks, 3PL partners, and supplier performance
  • Ensure consistent, on-time delivery of product across all locations
  • Support commissary and production needs as applicable

Operations & Execution

  • Ensure uninterrupted product flow to all restaurant locations
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
  • Drive improvements in forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment

Quality & Food Safety

  • Maintain vendor quality assurance programs and food safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Address and resolve supply or quality issues as needed

Systems & Analytics

  • Lead supply chain systems, reporting, and data visibility initiatives
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a small but growing supply chain team
  • Operate as a hands-on leader with the ability to scale the function over time

Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
  • Multi-unit restaurant or QSR experience required
  • Proven ownership of procurement, supplier management, and distribution
  • Strong background in cost control, vendor negotiations, and logistics
  • Experience supporting store-level operations in a multi-unit environment
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred

What We’re Looking For

  • A leader who can own the full supply chain—not just one piece of it
  • Someone who understands the realities of restaurant operations (speed, consistency, margins)
  • A hands-on operator who can drive execution, not just strategy
  • A strong cross-functional partner who can influence Operations and Leadership
