Title : Talend TDM Developer with healthcare Mandatory
Location : 100% Remote
Role Description:
Day to Day –
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Talend ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources to target systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop effective data integration solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows.
- Optimize and enhance existing ETL processes for improved performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy throughout the ETL pipeline.
- Collaborate with database administrators to design and implement data structures that support ETL processes and reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes, data quality, and data integration.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with Talend ETL tool updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies in data integration and ETL.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of data integration solutions with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talend Developer with hands-on experience in ETL development.
- Strong proficiency in using Talend ETL tools to design and develop data integration workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience in Talend Data Integration and Data Mapper modules.
- Familiarity with processing healthcare file formats like X12, JSON, XML, flat files, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of both MongoDB and relational databases.
- Basic to intermediate coding skills in Java or Python for custom transformations.
- Healthcare experience is a must.
