Are you a seasoned systems engineer who thrives in hybrid environments and enjoys leading complex infrastructure projects? We’re looking for someone who’s technically sharp and ready to take ownership from planning to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 across a decentralized environment
• Architect, build, and maintain virtual infrastructure – ideally using Nutanix and Azure
• Manage and fine-tune Active Directory and Group Policy with deep expertise
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and performance in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments
• Own project delivery: from scoping and planning to hands-on implementation and troubleshooting

What You Bring

• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration across decentralized setups
• Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments
• Strong background in virtualization technologies – especially Nutanix and Azure
• Ability to lead projects while staying hands-on with systems engineering tasks
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus Points

• Certifications in Microsoft, Nutanix, or Azure technologies
• Experience in scripting or automation (PowerShell, etc.)
• Familiarity with security best practices in hybrid environments
