Supply Chain Sr. Manager

Our two squeezable olive oils, Sizzle and Drizzle, are sold in over 10,000 retail doors nationwide, with retailers including Whole Foods Market, Kroger, Sprouts, Target, Walmart, Wegmans, and more. We’re now looking to expand our team.
Job Overview And Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Manager of Supply Chain to lead supply chain efforts for new products and categories. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new suppliers, assessing and managing supplier performance, understanding supply chain dynamics of new and existing product categories, and ensuring seamless day-to-day supply chain execution. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and be highly data-driven, with a strong focus on KPIs, performance management, and continuous improvement. This position will report to the Director of Operations and will work on our supply chain team
- Work with the Demand Planner to plan production for our new product categories
- Communicate production plan with co-packers, raw materials suppliers and internal team
- Monitor production’s progress, report any issues and maintain strong relationships with production partners
- Manage flow of inventory within ERP systems from PO through products’ deliveries to our US warehouses
- Track and analyze supplier’s performance
- Partner with Director of Operations and Finance to drive cost savings initiatives throughout the supply chain
- Project manage the execution of crossfunctional, multi-stakeholder initiatives – such as limited-time offer (LTO) product launches, new packaging rollouts, and other commercialization projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, leveraging technology and innovative practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support our expansion
- Provide mentorship and support to more junior team members
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working in Supply Chain or Operations for a CPG company
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills across internal teams and external partners
- Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with an EDI software and inventory management software (Cin7 Omni preferred)
- Spanish a plus
This role is 4 days per week in person in Graza’s Brooklyn, NY office.
Benefits $100,000 – $120,000 depending on experience
