In this role, you will work with a highly motivated test team supporting Skyworks Timing Solutions. You will be responsible for creating customized tools to accelerate the development of test programs for Automated Test Equipment (ATE).Education Requirements:

• Currently pursing a BS or MS in Electrical, Computer Engineering or related programs

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong experience in C/C++ programming and scripting languages
• Preferred hardware/software development experience within applications, or validation engineering
• Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Familiar with Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence applications

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and implementing automation tools
• Identifying issues and troubleshooting problems with software development
• Documenting test results by using scripting tools to analyze data
• Use of configuration management tools to document releases
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of ATE tools into the production process

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 – $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 – $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
