What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Understand and align with business goals and operational processes to drive digital roadmap achievement
- Collaborate with business SMEs to identify and develop digital capabilities and solutions
- Gather, analyze, and validate the needs of business stakeholders, writing user stories and managing scrum calls
- Design solutions that meet technical architecture and performance requirements while analyzing system impacts
- Facilitate end-user adoption of digital capabilities, providing training and ongoing support
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in supply chain preferred
- At least 6 years of business experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or relevant fields
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Agile product development methodology and writing user stories
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of operational business processes within Supply Chain functions (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP), Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or other data tools
- Strong digital product management experience, particularly with data and analytics platforms
- Scrum Alliance certification (Product Owner, Developer, ScrumMaster)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure stack and experience in a global organization
