What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business System Analyst in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proven experience in facilitating group sessions to gather requirements effectively

- Experience with backend systems and writing RESTful APIs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent documentation skills, including technical writing
