• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proven experience in facilitating group sessions to gather requirements effectively

• Experience with backend systems and writing RESTful APIs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent documentation skills, including technical writing
