What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate with Business Analysts and customers to develop business requirements and specifications documents
• Develop standard reports and functional dashboards based on business requirements
• Maintain business intelligence models to generate both standard and ad-hoc reports
• Identify and resolve data reporting issues in a timely manner
• Perform quality assurance checks on new or enhanced reports

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of five to seven years of business analysis experience
• Previous experience working with government entities
• Excellent analytical skills to understand and document business requirements
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of applicable software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to a changing environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of relevant industry software programs
• Understanding of financial management for project management
• Experience with Jira for project tracking and management
• Technical understanding of technological changes and challenges
• Proven ability to elicit cooperation from diverse stakeholders
