I seek candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution, or those with 4 years of software engineering experience on projects with similar software methodologies may be considered in lieu of a degree. A mandatory requirement for this position is the ability to work 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

In the role of Software Engineer, I expect you to develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated software systems based on established requirements. You will have the opportunity to work either independently or as part of a team to review and test software components, ensuring they meet design specifications. It will be your responsibility to document test results and troubleshoot software issue reports. You should utilize suitable software development and design methodologies, provide insights on hardware/software trade-offs, and assess the use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) solutions. Conducting requirements analysis and synthesis from the overall system down to individual software components will also be part of your duties.
