Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 – $25 / hour*

What you’ll be doing as a Snow Shoveler:

• Shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, driveways, building entrances, stairways, and other assigned areas.

• Apply ice melt, salt, or sand to improve traction and prevent ice buildup.

• Use shovels, pushers, and other manual tools safely and effectively

• Ensure areas are cleared to company or client standards and completed within required timeframes.

• Report hazardous conditions, equipment issues, or areas requiring additional attention.

• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and appropriate winter attire.

Job requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of shoveling.

• Willingness to work outdoors in severe winter weather.

• Reliability and punctuality, especially during snow events.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Previous snow removal experience is a plus but not required.

• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs safely.
