Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, and custom applications).
- Lead the integration of ServiceNow with cloud platforms, risk management tools, and enterprise applications.
- Partner with risk, compliance, and financial crimes units to build workflows that enhance monitoring, reporting, and controls.
- Implement Cloud-related ServiceNow solutions that align with financial industry compliance requirements (e.g., AML, OFAC, KYC, PCI DSS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders in technology risk, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and operations to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver ServiceNow solutions following agile best practices.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to governance, design reviews, and coding standards.
- Support production operations by troubleshooting and resolving complex ServiceNow issues.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years dedicated to ServiceNow development.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, SecOps, and integration modules.
- Prior Client experience or strong exposure to global financial services organizations.
- Proven background in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) with ServiceNow integration.
- Strong domain expertise in financial crimes (AML, fraud detection, sanctions, KYC) and integrated risk frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP web services, and CMDB integration.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., OCC, FFIEC, SOX) and risk frameworks (COSO, ISO, NIST).
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and one or more advanced certifications (CAD, CIS IRM, CIS SecOps, etc.) preferred.
