We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor with a strong creative eye and understanding of direct-response and performance-driven content. This role involves editing marketing videos for digital campaigns, including talking-head, UGC-style, and overlay content. Core Tasks:

  • Edit and produce short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for paid social campaigns and brand content
  • Work with raw footage, talking-head clips, green screen, and overlay text
  • Add captions, graphics, and sound design aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals
  • Incorporate client feedback quickly while maintaining creative quality
  • Ensure all final exports are error-free (no cropped text, sync issues, or color mismatches)
  • Manage versioning and file organization across multiple client projects
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop new video concepts and visual styles
  • Stay current with performance ad trends and creative formats

Must-haves:

  • Proven experience as a dedicated video editor (not a generalist designer)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools
  • Strong creative taste and understanding of visual storytelling and ad performance principles
  • Experience editing talking-head or UGC-style videos for digital ads
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ensures no visual or text errors make it through
  • Ability to handle feedback professionally and implement fast revisions
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools (for editing, transcription, or ideation) is a plus

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time remote work following EST
  • Hubstaff time-tracker tool used for payroll and client assurance purposes
