It is recognised as a premier search partner in the quantitative finance and technology markets, with average global fees exceeding $60,000 and six-figure fees making up the majority in its quant practice.

++Key Responsibilities++

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across senior front-office and strategic hires in financial services.
  • Develop new client relationships and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate within a pod-based team structure, supported by dedicated research and execution associates.
  • Contribute to the firm’s expansion into growth areas such as technology, accounting & finance, legal, renewables, and real estate.
  • Act as a mentor to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
  • Deliver consistently on retained and contingent search assignments with a focus on high-level, high-value mandates.
