Senior QA Automation Architect / Senior QA Automation Lead

📍 Location: Houston, TX (Onsite Only)

💰 Compensation: $150,000 — $170,000 per year (based on experience)

One of our major clients is hiring a Senior QA Automation Architect / Lead to drive enterprise automation strategy, framework design, and QA governance. This role requires deep expertise in automation tools, frameworks, CI/CD integration, and leadership experience to mentor teams and deliver quality transformation across enterprise programs.

Key Focus Areas

Lead QA automation strategy, framework design, and quality reporting

Build scalable automation for web, API, and performance testing

Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

Mentor QA teams and standardize testing best practices

Core Stack

Selenium, UFT, TOSCA, Playwright, Neoload, Java/C#/Python, TestNG/JUnit/BDD, REST Assured, SQL, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps

Experience

12 years in QA, 8 years in automation, and proven experience as an Automation Architect or Lead on large enterprise systems
