Contract Length: 4 months (extension TBD) Pay: W2 Rate – $83-85/hr

Candidates with GitHub repositories are encouraged to submit samples of prior work.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong Python development experience 7 years
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including Lambda and Aurora/RDS.
• Experience working with APIs and data migrations.
• Proven testing and troubleshooting skills in development projects.
• Ability to handle end-to-end development lifecycle and support code validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python applications and scripts for API and data migration tasks.
• Migrate and validate data from DynamoDB tables to Aurora DB, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Work with AWS services including Lambda, RDS/Aurora, and associated APIs to support migration and integration.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code adjustments to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support metadata-related tasks and manual data transition efforts as needed.
